We’re Just Getting Started
It’s hard to believe, but we just hit our 6-month mark at Loudoun Mind & Body Studio's new location! It’s been a season of growth, gratitude, and deepening connection with our local community...and we’re just getting started.
Massage in the Community
We’ve loved getting out of the studio and into the community this spring. We recently partnered with OneLife Fitness in Brambleton to offer chair massage during their Member Appreciation Day. It was such a fun way to meet wellness-minded locals and share what we do.
We also had the honor of visiting The Jackson Clinics Physical Therapy office in Brambleton to offer restorative chair massage to their hard-working staff. Supporting other healing professionals is one of our favorite things.
These events remind us how much we love showing up for different groups, offering small moments of calm in the middle of a busy day.
New Meditation Offerings
Lisa has officially launched our Mind & Body Workshops, starting with her class Introduction to the Art & Science of Meditation. Both previous classes have been fulll, and our next class is this Saturday at 5 PM. If you weren't able to join us for either of the two previous sessions, we would love to see you this weekend. We are thrilled to see that so many in our community are interested in meditation.
We're excited to now offer Meditation for All: a FREE 30-minute group meditation class - twice a month on Friday evening at the studio. It’s a welcoming space to try meditation or deepen your practice. No prior experience required.
For those looking to go a little deeper, we also offer paid workshops immediately following the free class. These explore specific topics like mindful awareness, stress reactivity, and habit change. Check out our workshops and event page for more offerings!
Massage with Monica
If you’ve been meaning to get a massage, now’s the time. Monica offers 30, 60, and 90-minute massage sessions focused on wellness, stress relief, and recovery. Whether you're dealing with tension from work, workouts, or life in general, we’ve got your back (literally).
