Through progressive muscle relaxation, body scanning, and grounded breath techniques, you’ll develop your ability to listen inward and release stored tension. Reconnecting with your physical experience brings clarity to the mind and cultivates peace from the inside out. This practice is ideal for reducing stress and building somatic resilience.
