In this workshop, you’ll explore what it truly means to listen—beyond words, beyond noise, and especially within yourself. When we listen deeply, we begin to hear the truth beneath our stories and habitual thinking. This session introduces techniques that support embodied listening, emotional regulation, and cultivating presence in relationship—with self and others. It's a powerful tool for clarity, healing, and trust.
