We’ll break down the science behind how meditation works, offer guided practice you can actually feel, and gently reframe some of the most common misconceptions.


Whether you’re brand new or returning to the practice with fresh eyes, this offering is designed to meet you exactly where you are—with no pressure, no jargon, and no expectation to “do it right.”


Come as you are. We will be seated in comfortable chairs for this session. Feel free to bring a journal and water.
