🌿 Meditation for All

A free weekly space to breathe, settle, and reconnect—just as you are.

Join us for a gentle, 30-minute guided meditation designed for anyone—whether you’re brand new to meditation or returning after a break. This practice is grounded in calm, presence, and accessibility. No prior experience is needed. Just come as you are.

We’ll explore and experience breath awareness, guided stillness, and soft reflection to support relaxation, ease anxiety, and lower stress—helping you return to calm and clarity in everyday life. Offered in-studio and on Zoom. Space is limited, so advance sign-up is required each week.


6:00–6:30 PM

Followed by an optional paid workshop for deeper exploration.
