Before your Arrive

Health Considerations

If you are experiencing any of the following symptoms please notify us one day prior to your appointment:

  • cold

  • migraine

  • infection

  • swelling

  • any injury or illness

Together, we can decide whether it’s advisable to proceed. It’s always safest and most beneficial to receive massage therapy when you’re feeling healthy and at your best. 

​Health History 

Please complete your health history securely online using the link provided below. We kindly ask that you submit it as soon as possible—no later than the day before your appointment—to confirm your session.  

​Cancellation Policy

A gentle reminder that we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us by the day prior to avoid being charged for the appointment. This also allows us to offer your reserved time to another client.

Arrival Time

Please arrive just five minutes before your appointment time, as the door may be locked between sessions. Arriving too early could leave you waiting outside in the heat or cold, and we want you to be comfortable from the start.

We are located in the University Commerce Center at 44927 George Washington Blvd. Suite 245 in Ashburn, Virginia. 

When entering the University Commerce Center, take your first left and drive around to the back of the two-story building (44927).  

You'll see Taco Zocalo on the first floor and Restore Physical Therapy on the second floor.  

Once you’re at the back of the building (facing Route 7), look up to the second floor for signs that say “Moon River” and “E Skin Forte”.  Our suite in between the two. Our sign will be up soon!

Before parking, ensure you locate these signs to avoid confusion, as there are two connected buildings—both with a Suite 245! ​​​​

Elevator Access

The elevator is on the first floor, tucked into the corner (easily missed!). Walk toward Suite 145 on the lower level, and you’ll see the elevator on your left. We are in Suite 245, directly above Suite 145.  

Stair Access

There are staircases on both the right and left sides of our suite. 

Payment Information

We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Venmo

  • Zelle

  • Cash App

  • Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover*

  • HSA/FSA Cards*

*There are no additional fees for payments made using cash or most payment apps, including Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, and Cash App. However, due to processing costs, a 4% convenience fee applies to payments made using HSA or FSA cards, debit or credit cards.
