MASSAGE

Whether you're seeking a moment of calm, pain relief, or deeper presence in your body, a few massage and bodywork appointments are still available—30, 60, and 90-minute sessions designed to meet you right where you are.

COMMUNITY EVENT

This past weekend, we had the joy of connecting with the Brambleton community during a Member Appreciation Event at OneLife Fitness. Monica's chair massage booth stayed busy, and she met so many curious, kind, and vibrant people open to learning more about wellness, mindfulness, and the power of intentional care. We love being involved in our community!


MEDITATION

Meditation for All continues this Friday, June 20 from 6:00–6:30 PM—a free community offering that blends guided meditation, presence, and gentle connection. Whether you're brand new or just need a soft space to land, come take a seat. Following the meditation, we’ll move into Workshop 2 in our Art & Science of Meditation Series.

  • Practices for calming emotional reactivity that hijacks attention

  • What it means to meditate with integrity—and how to return to it

  • Real-life strategies for showing up regularly, gently, and clearly
