Whether you're brand new or just need a soft space to land, come take a seat. Following the meditation, we’ll move into Workshop 2 in our Art & Science of Meditation Series.

What it means to meditate with integrity—and how to return to it
Real-life strategies for showing up regularly, gently, and clearly
